User data deletion

You may request deletion or deactivation of your account and associated data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

What is deleted?

When you delete your account, we remove or deactivate at least:

  • Profile information (name, email, avatar).
  • Wishlists, reading history, and activity tied to your account.
  • Comments (may appear as “deleted user” where context requires keeping the thread).
  • Sign-in sessions and Google account linkage.

Self-service (signed in)

If you have an account, you can deactivate it from the user dashboard:

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings.
  • Under “Danger zone”, choose “Delete account”.
  • Confirm the action — your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to sign in again unless we restore it upon request.

Request by email

If you cannot access your account, email us from your registered address at info@qisas.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

We will respond within 30 business days and may ask you to verify identity.

Data we may retain

We may keep limited records (security logs, encrypted backups) for a short period for legal or fraud-prevention purposes, then delete per our retention schedule.

Aggregated non-personal analytics may remain.

Third-party sign-in

If you signed in with Google, you can also manage app permissions in your Google account settings. Deleting your Civiloria account does not delete your Google account.

Request deletion now

Signed-in users can deactivate their account from the dashboard. You can also email us if you cannot access your account.
